Fair dinkum, the AFL has become more and more like Lotto every week.
A draw, game, every day.Last weeks fixture and ladder was just finished by the AFL boffins and the abacus is till warm, and Voila, the next round begins.
The AFL world, like my head is spinning with all the goings on.
Might be hard from here in to do a summary every week.
But here we go.
Wednesday Night
Doggies V Richmond.
At seasons start, this would have been a forgone conclusion to pick the Tigers...But... things have changed.
the Doggies are running pretty well at the moment.Running closer to Greyhound than Bulldog. Not a surprise but ...
The Tigers, like the Eagles seem to be having more problems with the hub than most.Certainly ...

Getting close to shutting down I reckon. What is it,33 games in 22 days? How is one supposed to keep up with that!!!
When does round 9 finish and round 10 start. What about what is the halfway mark.????????????
The mind boggles.
I thought that footy last round almost turned the corner to Aussie rules , rather than Rugby.Less rolling scrums.Less mauling.
But, confusion reins supreme. The holding the ball rule, was a mess.I pity the umpires.Nah really I do. As much as I call them names etc, I would not be an umpire for quids.Maybe Clarko should don the fluro for a week or two to find out how hard it is.
He like Stephen Hocking, fill the air with thought bubbles.I know Clarko has the runs on the board, but the AFL seem to jump when he ...

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.Elvis has left the building.
Well something like that.
No longer is Victoria the centre of the AFL,Far from it.Queensland has entered the thar space. They are now Hub central. All victorian based clubs are now Banana Benders or cane Toads. It will be hard for them to concede that the football world doesn't revolve around Melbourne.
But hey, who know just what this strange 2020 football season will have in store for us next week.Or maybe tomorrow.
We can only hope that those selfish people who think this virus is a joke feel proud of themselves for forcing all Australia to have to go through this hardship.
Big time football arrives in WA tomorrow night.Yep never thought we would ...

More of the same last week.Nobody knowing much about what is going on.Football wise that is.
A rush to get the Victorian based sides out of town this week.Sadly, Fox Football are using Jack Reiwoldt as a martyr.Or Jack, with all the attention, is making himself just that.
ALL players and clubs are doing their damndest to keep the season up and running.Stop pin pointing it to one player Fox.Jack had the choice to go or stay.
Also remember that it was Richmond that put the stopper on the hub happening here in WA.
The MRO and the tribunal have come under scrutiny ,yet again for inconsistencies over sling tackles. The old saying, all clubs(players) are equal.Just some are more equal than others.
How Christian holds his ...

Footy is in turmoil right now.So much going on.So many negative things happening.
Fixture changes, players breaking protocols, players suggesting that the hubs are not for them or maybe their team.
WA and Sa have done their bit to keep the game alive.Time for something back from the Vics.It would be nice to have them accept what the other two states have done.
Toughen up fellas. If you want to keep the game moving, take the bad with the good.
Last time it was Conor McKenna, this time Steele Sidebottom.
Confused about what happened, what he can and can't do!!! Gimmee break. How many times do they have to be told.
A week that could give us a real indication as tio how the QLD teams are going. Especially the Suns.Away...
